1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double

The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller in the Baby Jogger range. It was designed specifically for travel, and fits through standard doors easily due to its ultra-narrow shape. It's also among the lightest double buggies you can find with a weight of just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal for flying with a newborn and a toddler since you won't exceed airline luggage allowances. It also folds up to the size of a bag for travel and can be tucked away in the back of your car when not in use.
It's easy to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you're used to it, it's small and takes only a few seconds. However, our tester found the auto lock to be a bit confusing. Also, since the handlebar isn't locked into place when you press it, it struck her legs when she was using it. She also thought the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially the case when a large changing bag hangs from it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features and is among the most full-featured double strollers available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) It also has multiple recline positions and a UV 50+ canopy. You can add a bassinet on one or both seats to make this an ideal travel system.
The four rubber composite tires are ideal for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They had a hard time with gravel and long grass and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel, so mud stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle and was able to climb pretty muddy hills.

The seats can also be adjusted and can be placed according to the needs of siblings. iCandy has introduced the first "cinema seating" design that allows parents to maintain eye contact between both children. They can be adjusted to face either the parent or the world.
It's a heavier tandem buggie, but it's easy to use and drive, especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in single and double mode, and also on sloped ground. It is not as easy to use on public transport as it requires two hands to hold the handlebar. It's also a bit heavy and will not fit in the standard car boot for families with the seat attached however this can be overcome with some careful planning. iCandy has included a footmuff and changing bag in the cost, so it's a great value package for new parents.

Our testers noted that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even walking off on uneven ground or turning fast in the middle of a busy street. They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to fit individual needs - ideal for napping.
They also appreciated the fact that the hoods could be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. They didn't provide as much coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth carrying an extra rain cover inside the case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods, to rushing to the park for a playdate. Our testers were also amazed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There's plenty of room for toddlers who are growing.
